Production Process

As a professional manufacturer of steel grating, steel stair treads, and drainage grating cover, we have established strict production process. First, we deliver the bearing bars and cross bars to the welding machine and line them. Secondly, operate the machine and weld the bearing bar and cross bar. Thirdly, we cut the 1*6m size grating to different size. Fourthly, we band and grind the steel grating. Then we hot dip galvanize them. Finally we pack them.
