Pressure Locked Steel Bar Grating is made of bearing bars, it can be divided to 3 types: A-common type, B-integrated type, C-sunshade type.
For A type pressure locked steel bar grating, the cross bar is half the height of the bearing bar. After the bearing bar is notched, the cross bar is pressed and locked into the required grating;
for B type pressure locked steel grating, the cross bar is the same height with the bearing bar, both of them are half notched, and then integrated together,then the steel grating is finished;
for C type pressure locked steel grating, the bearing bar is notched at an angle of 30°or 45°, then the cross bar is pressed and locked.
For pressure locked steel grating surface, we have hot dip galvanization, electro-galvanized, and non treatment.
