Our company produces steel ladders with guardrail, which are made of grating treads. When specifying the steel ladders, please refer to the national standard construction drawing 87J432. According to whether the nosings are to be used and the methods of mounting to stringers, stair treads are classified into four types: T1, T2, T3, T4.
T1 is stair tread without nosing and fixed by welding,
T2 is stair tread without nosing and fixed by bolts.
T3 is stair tread with nosing and fixed by welding.
T4 is stair tread with nosing and fixed by bolts.
The length and width can be made as customer’s need, then it can be adapted to different step ladder. We can also recommend sizes to customers.
