Fence installation method: usually by square tube 50mm * 50mm or flat steel 65mm * 5mm as the pillar, take embedded or using iron expansion bolts, etc way, according to the size of the fence post fixed in the need to install the fence on the ground, then install the steel grating fence to the post by bolts. Embedded type pillar need higher above 300 mm than the fence , and by expansion bolts installation need to weld the pillar to the install flange, flange generally uses 65mm * 5mm flat steel production. Complete the above products processing , then do the whole galvanized processing, the metal grating is protected by the Zinc layer, corrosion resistance is superstrong. According to different environment ,also can choose other surface treatments: spray paint and plastic coated(PVC), epoxy resin coating, brush asphalt etc. Shipped to the construction site can be directly installed , installation is convenient and quick.Grating Fencing is another important application of steel bar grating, a combination of steel bar grating and square tubes. It is a means of keeping one place apart from others. Usually the bearing bar is 2’’(50mm) or 25/16’’(40mm), and cross bar space is 2’’(50mm) or 4’’(100mm).
